Many adults believe that taking time to sleep or eat actually hinders their productivity instead of facilitating it, and so things that once were non-negotiable when we were young have become somewhat optional in our older years.
In today’s episode, I share how prioritizing regular sleep and nutritious food actually results in greater productivity, and how adults can (and should) learn a thing or two from our Kindergartner counterparts when it comes to taking better care of ourselves.
